| ABOUT THE STUDIO – In Form is a fully-equipped studio housed in a private residence in centrally-located Mission, Kansas. By holding classes here, we can maintain a private and quiet environment conducive to your learning experience. We have all the Pilates apparatus – Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Arm Chair, Pedipole, High Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector.
PRIVATE CLASSES – These are one-on-one classes tailored to your needs and goals. We begin with foundational exercises that build strength in the core – abdominals, buttocks, inner thighs and low back – then add in more complex and challenging exercises as you get stronger and more familiar with the work. Extra exercises are chosen to address what you need.
DUET CLASSES – These classes are for those who have more familiarity with the exercises and the equipment. Students are paired with another student who has similar experience and needs.

| WHAT TO EXPECT - Class is 55 minutes long. You'll begin by lying down to allow your spine to release and lengthen. The apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair) are equipped with springs that provide resistance as you work. You'll push with your legs or pull with your arms, depending on the exercise. Throughout the training, you'll stabilize your torso, shoulders, and/or hips while moving your arms and legs. You'll learn how to safely move your spine into flexion, extension, side-bending or rotating. Prepare to tap into muscles you didn't know you had! You will walk out feeling taller, stronger, and more mindful of how you move in your daily life. |
